There are certain terms and conditions that should be met.

1. To claim complete refund, customer should put request before sharing details to customize design.
2. Once the details are shared and our team started working on the design, 20% of the total amount / partial payment will not be refunded. Our team has the authority to keep this amount for the time spend on a design.
3. The amount will not be refunded once the final design is shared.
4. 2% of the paid amount will be deducted as payment gateway charges in all cases.
